Private forum and question about base access - Kuzuru - 09-19-2016
Alright, this is a two-parter.
Firstly I'd like to put in a request for a private forum, I'd like Dawn Snow, Miranda Frost, Connor Hound, Gaige, Claptrap, Demitri Malius, and myself to have access to it.
Secondly it the rules it states that to update permissions to my base I need to make a thread in the help desk, would keeping a public list updated on my faction page work as a substitute rather than spamming the help desk everytime I need to update permissions?

For base permissions those characters have to be there and manually 'add' themselves with your permission. I think, at least that is what I have seen

The staff basically make a private subforum for your faction and give the faction leader/creator (you) moderation powers in *only* that forum, meaning you have to go in and allow people access to it, pretty much. At least, that's how the TG forum operates, but Demetri was also once a part of staff so it may have been different, so take a staffer's word over mine here ^-^

By a public list on your factipon page, do you mean in your own faction forum? because only people in your faction would be able to see such a page, which would mean people would still have to request permission in the Help Desk.

No I mean http://omniverse-rpg.com/showthread.php?tid=6709 this thread in the Omiverse Discussion forum. I don't have a faction forum yet.
What I'm trying to figure out is if I keep the list of base permissions updated there, do I still have to make a help desk thread any time I want to update base permissions?

That item is out of date - faction leaders can update their own permissions now. (that's just forum permissions, not base/vault permissions) Added.
And Connor: incorrect. Remote permissions-granting are a thing in the Omniverse. Magic, or tech ... As long as you know the characters IC you can grant them access to the base.
