I got approval on the monster itself , but will fly the gate past Omni to be sure its all fine

I would highly recommend talking to someone who ran the last saga.
See the Void gate quests for each verse? That's what you have to do. You can't make up your own lore, own requirements etc. This is essentially just a group void gate quest and requires a similar time level investment from everyone who makes it to the void.

Eda if this is a void quest were doing I want to use Chara for it not some npc you could do it somewhere in Camelot not the void gate and that would be fine but just to let you know my thoughts on doing this void quest

Chara the goal is for a group of secondaries , and the intention is not just a void quest . I am trying right now to plan out more quests and events , this would just be the end goal .

Edited starting post , am going to focus on ironing out phase 1 first and discuss my end goal more with the mods and Omni
