So I don't know if this allowed or not but if I have a move (and fusing) Could I fuse with Flowey who is a secondary I use (same rules apply as normal fusing) So if a Mod could clear this up for me that would be lovely

Outside of a fight, sure. Since it'd be little more than roleplay fodder, that'd be fine.
Or just buy it as a power-up.

Also So Im a little confused so frisks powered up form and what the rules for powered up forms are for so If someone had like a 1/4/3/2 could they add all five points into atk making it now 6/4/3/2? or would it have to be something like 2/5/5/4?
