I can't use the menus for the most part on my phone because they show off screen. Like changing accounts or typing in pm names.

That's a known issue right now, hopefully will work correctly in the future. Until Omni/Alex figure out how to make that theme cooperate better on mobile, the Omni Theme is usable and should allow you to perform those functions more easily (or at least it does on my phone).
