Switching to Captain Cold - Lambert - 09-02-2016
Character name: Leonard Snart/Captain Cold
Character source: DC's Legends of Tomorrow/The Flash television programs
Character history: Born to a bank robbing father who abused his mother, him and his sister, Snart eventually broke ties with his deadbeat dad but followed him into the same career. He eventually came across The Flash and through that interaction, got access to the Cold Gun. He's been robbing ranks and traveling through time ever since. This particular version of Snart appeared in the Omniverse immediately after "dying" in a particular way.

Oh, it had been approved already through Mick, so thought I'd be fine.
Cold Gun - A handy gadget that sprays a flurry of ice that can freeze objects and people in front of it. It has to be sprayed on the object for a few seconds (longer depending on the size of the object and whether or not it's moving) in order to slow or freeze it. Even if it doesn't freeze 'em, it still hurts. Range isn't far, though - only about 5 to 10 feet.
