In the past, OV has allowed betting during certain sagas (I think last year people were allowed to bet on who they thought would win).
I was wondering if I could create a 'dead pool' for the members of my faction. I want to basically allow members to bet wages on who they think the next mercenary to die will be. The winner of the bet will take the pot.

OM exchange between primes was legalized a while back, and I feel like this falls under that umbrella.
