There are No Lines [M] - Jak Mar - 08-07-2016

The exit from the Tangled greens felt pretty rotten. Jak lost another home due to his untrusting attitude due to not being a villain but it lasted for a good one day. Shades of dark started to fill Jak’s heart and he began to start feeling anger at everything and everyone again except those he cared about.

Daxter… Torn, they were off doing some menial tasks of their own while he was off on his lonesome self.

Jak found himself wandering the streets of Coruscant again after traveling back to the Nexus and entering the portal, landing himself on Tier 1.

The streets filled with people were filled today, along with Stormtroopers as he growled at himself.

This unintentionally brought bad memories as he focused on an old enemy named Erol, that bastard who promised to destroy him and the world.

A fiery red headed man soon appeared in the city named Coruscant. He happened to be on the other side as he slipped down a mask on his face, with red eye holes over it. Erol wasn’t no slipaway man. He was a Commander for a reason but he had revenge plans on the hero known as Jak.

Erol’s eyes scanned the white stormtroopers walking the city as he pushed through the crowds until he reached some sort of “lab” of some sort. He had just ran into it by accident.

The man knocked on the door loudly.

A man slipped on his lab coat inside, stretching. “May I.. help you, stranger?”

Erol eyed the back and crossed his arms “The Empire needs someone strong, Am I right?”

The man’s eyebrow went up “So… what are you saying?”

Erol smirked “I have a enemy that’s interested in your program.”

‘What are you talking about?”

The long eared racer turned and said “His name is Jak, and I believe… he might be someone worth your efforts here...in the empire. “

The man eyed him “Why this man?”

Erol said
“Easy, he has strange powers named Dark eco and I’ve seen the effects it does on people…”

The man turned walking back and forth “So you got me interested, did you want to observe the study?”

Erol crossed his arms “I was a Commander and helped with the Dark Warrior Project back home. Perhaps some help would be appreciated?”

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Jak Mar - 08-07-2016

Erol eyed them “Give me command of a few of.. these stormtroopers… I’ll drag him in for you guys…”

A curled smirk rolled on his face as he calmly laughed.

“Take this… and maybe a communicator… You fail.. You have to pay back the empire in full and you don’t want that.

Erol grunted and slipped a tazer, a mysterious collar and a few other things he’d need for the mission.

“Hn.. They don’t trust me.. I’ll drag Jak back by his hair if I have to..”

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Jak Mar - 08-08-2016

How the Commander was supposedly able to be trusted with a group of small stormtroopers around Coruscant was one thing, finding Jak in this damn city was going to be another thing.

This place wasn’t Haven City to say the least, he knew Haven like the back of his hand. He had to rely on stormtrooper grunts, maybe a bit higher up hoping they knew how to handle a dangerous man with dark eco problems and knew how to take out a lot of soldiers out.

Jak… how he hated that man..

The man that took everything from him, his life, his title, his girlfriend…

He found himself squeezing his hands for a short time before a stormtrooper asked him “Uh… Sir.. what’s your problem?”

The Long eared Commander growled “It’s Erol, you imbeciles. Get it right. To answer, it’s NONE of your business.”

The stormtrooper stepped back quietly “Yes.. Sir.”

Another gently asked “Erol.. sir, what exactly are we looking for? I mean who?”

Erol held out a picture in front of said troopers “Name’s Jak, he was a dangerous criminal in my world, killing tons of my men in cold blood. He is a monster. Our mission is to bring him back alive to Dr. Gero’s lab.. Only then, we’ll see what happens from there.

“Yes… Sir”

Once again, the stormtroopers started to ask various folks if they’d seen the long eared hero and his location. They shook their heads and not many people gave a straight answer.

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Jak Mar - 08-08-2016

The people were basically driven out of the way as the rather crude and sadistic Commander took a deep breath. He couldn’t believe some of the stormtroopers were goofing off instead of listening.

Alright, who’s slacking off?!”

The men replied “Nothing, sir… Just thought how nice you looked.”

This earned a well coordinated growl from the fiery redhead Ex-commander.

He hissed and hooked the small weapon on his belt as he eyed the stormtroopers “Anybody actually have a damn map?”
One of the stormtroopers had a holomap nearby showing the irritated man a large map of Tier 1. “This “Jak” you talk of, I don’t...see him on the map.. “

“WELL FIND HIM… I don’t CARE WHAT the hell you have to do to find him.

Erol pinched the edge of his nose and shook his head “Well, MOVE IT!”

The stormtroopers just walked off and started to split off to look for the man named Jak.

Erol looked over at the remaining two stormtroopers “You two are coming with me.. We’ll find Jak the easier way.”

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Jak Mar - 08-09-2016

Erol was searching for someone “You two heard of a man named Torn, and a certain ottsel of Jak’s named Daxter? Threaten these two and Jak should come easily to you.

Here’s what the two look like.

Erol held a picture out of a man with dreadlocks, red armor and face tattoos. You can’t miss the man.

If you can’t threaten Torn, find the ottsel and hold him up. Jak will do anything for the ottsel.

The white armored men nodded “When we find this “Torn”, what do you want with him?

Erol frowned ‘He won’t go easily, but if you can try to threaten Jak that one of his friends is in danger of dying then he’d cave in.”

The stormtroopers eyed the man carefully and turned “Right away sir..”

One stormtrooper held onto his E-11 blaster rifle close by and waved the other over and spoke into the communicators the others held “All stormtroopers stand by and watch for a .. dreadlocked man… face tattoos and red armor.. He is to be arrested.

The stormtroopers slowly increased their alert cycles and moved fast throughout the city.

It actually made the other Commander irritated as he trailed off his attention from watching the empire sanctioned news on the television state.

But when there was stormtroopers holding a picture of him up to the local bar, the bartender didn’t hesitate to point the man with the long ears out to avoid being in trouble by the local police force here.

Torn muttered under his breath “Shit”
The Commander would have to either go peacefully or take down who knows how many stormtroopers with just a dagger. Not just a dagger but a very dangerous dagger. He’s used it several times to take down enemies when he needed to.

The stormtrooper held some sort of tazer weapon in his hand, and even some sort of riot gear.

“Stop what you are doing and drop your weapons, your crimes are escaping arrest from a stormtrooper.” “Do you understand your crime?”

Torn eyed a way to escape from a stormtrooper as he was rendered useless against the stormtrooper guard’s riot gear. The taser was held to his neck as the stormtrooper wrapped his hand behind his back so Torn couldn’t struggle.

Torn growled “Let me go, you bastard.”

“Cursing, language used against an stormtrooper”

“We got em’, sir.”

Torn eyed the man and frowned as a gun was aimed at his head “Who are you talking to..”

The man growled ‘None of your business..”

Torn frowned, hearing a familiar voice “Erol?!” “I knew somehow that bastard was behind this… Wait.. who summoned HIM?!”

The com was static and laughed “Contact Jak and tell him to give up or you die here.”

Torn spat on the ground and the gun got closer to his forehead “NO WAY!”

Erol smirked and smoothly talked “You heard him..”

The gun got closer to Torn’s head as the Stormtroopers took Torn away, him struggling in their grip “EROL YOU BASTARD YOU WON’T FIND JAK!”

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Jak Mar - 08-09-2016

Jak took a few steps in Coruscant when the distant sounds of flying taxi cars and running people was felt by the clip clop of hard boots on the pavement of Tier 1. Something was too off about this picture. Not too long ago, he had tried to contact Torn and nothing came out of the communicator he had given the man.

“Torn, you there?”

“PSHHHHH… “

“Torn?! ANSWER ME!”

“....pshshs.. Hi Jak..”

Jak felt unease all of sudden when a familiar voice came up on a loudspeaker.

Uneasiness, then growling

“Erol..”

“Where’s TORN?!”

“He’s the stormtroopers now..”

“What the hell is that supposed to mean?!”

Jak cursed, how the hell did Torn get himself captured so easy…

In the back of his mind, he felt that Torn couldn’t fight against the stormtroopers by himself. A mental command of “SHIT” followed by other obscene words.

“Erol.. What the HELL do you want with me?!”

“Shush Jak, so easy to piss off.. Hahaha”

“Now for my request.” Erol rubbed his chin in interest

“You give yourself up to the empire Lab to be their toy or Torn dies.”

“WHAT?!”

“Why did you drag Torn into this?! “Oh it was either him or Daxter you see..”

“ENOUGH”

“I’ll FUCKING KILL YOU EROL.

“I’ll find you…”

“Uh uh…”

“Boys!”

They grabbed Jak from behind and Jak fought back hard until The stormtroopers handed Erol a drug

“This should work..”

Erol used it and Jak fell stunned into a daze on the ground.

“You know what to do.”

Erol lifted the man and dragged him toward the Empire Lab.

A long walk later, A building came up into site and the empire’s lackies knocked on the lab’s door, it opening.

Erol kicked Jak in and smirked as the door closed behind him.

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Schwi Dola - 08-10-2016

It wasn't the usual lab that Genjuro worked in. His was a secret after all and only a select few could know where it was or even that it existed. There were certain risks taken with some of those with that knowledge, but this certainly wasn't the time for it. He was called here for a run of the mill testing. The circumstances didn't matter, he had barely read the part of the briefing of how they were forcing the subject to cooperate. No, this Jak Mar was interesting because he was a prime from an apparently scientific background with almost magical abilities.

The room lit up as the subject was pushed into it, door closing behind him but the bright white lights staying on. It was a mostly gray room with panals covering all surfaces. There was also a window on one side showing a control room filled with computers and other technological marvels that no doubt would take hours to explain the functions of. However, Genjuro stood out here in the middle of the room waiting rather than the safety of the control room.

"I've been expecting you, please, this way. You've been selected as a test subject for the Empire and in return your words will hold a little more weight for their worth here. I don't know or care how you've been volunteered into this position. But you are here now, so let's do this shall we? I can promise that when I'm finished with you, you'll be about the same person you were before. Primes are very resilient in that way."

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Jak Mar - 08-10-2016

Erol bared his teeth at Jak and walked out “I’ll be back soon, eco freak..”

Erol moved at a quick pace toward another room and went to sit in a chair.

Genjuro eyed Jak once Erol spun right round and left and had the man with the long ears sit up as Jak tried to gain his bearings back. Then he remembered what happened..

“Experiment?" He eyed the area around him. It was a very greyish white area, not exactly like the last experimental lab he was at where he was in the middle of a prison. Jak was tensed up and everything around him was horrifying.

No….. Don’t listen to Erol… He’s a bastard… He hurt me in prison back there.. I.. “
“He’s...right..” “I am a eco channeller. Basically I know how to use eco in its multiple forms. It’s.. a ability i’ve had since i was growing up.

The literal anger was causing sparks to come out of the hero’s body.

Jak tensed when he recalled having dark eco injected in him for 2 years.

I’ve been through hell like this.. They tortured me, injected me with dark eco in the middle of a damn prison… for two years. I have two sides… One at least controllable and one… light side… It helps me control the beast inside.

Genjuro took in on a clipboard all that Jak had spoken out loud, and replied to the man “So your world is based on eco?” “Is it a energy source or a lifeblood?”

Jak thought for a second, trying to ignore the drugs still affecting him “Yes… eco can do so much for us, everyone tries to avoid Dark eco if possible. It’s a energy source for my world and the weapons i use..”

Genjuro nodded “I see. Very interesting…”
“So you are also a prime, am I right?”

Jak's eyes moved back to the scientist “Yes,...But why does that matter?”

The scientist looked out the window as he turned for a brief second “Primes have the ability to heal at a quick rate.. I’d love to see that in action, along with your sides."

Jak's body sat up and growled“Just how do you plan on doing that?”

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Jak Mar - 08-13-2016

Jak's anger was becoming a bit more apparent. Not only was he worried about his friend, Torn which had did nothing against the empire but was near inches from an old enemy who he could of killed in seconds.
Jak tried to calm himself down, letting a brief black claw turn back into his old self as he took deep breaths.

Genjuro noticed the quick change in Jak’s finger, a long purple nail with black claws. Hm.. So this is one of your sides?

The man couldn’t help but poke at the purple claw squeezing the table with disdain. “So your side is a monster… wonder what it looks like fully?”

Jak rolled to the side, trying to take breaths to avoid showing the man what he could fully do with his dark side. He was already nearly pissed but was this man really worth his anger? Maybe but with Erol watching, he’d probably choke the man if he didn’t plan to already.

But this was odd, the man wasn’t afraid of Jak.

Instead the man poked and prodded, just curious as to this man ticked. Time had moved slowly and the scientist finally after setting up a few items asked Jak to step forward to a weight machine.

Jak sat up a bit and eyed the weight machine and walked on it.

The strange man took the time to write some data down:

Name: Jak Mar
Weight: 154 Pounds

“Uh huh.. Ok..”

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Schwi Dola - 08-14-2016

Genjuro said, "Next is a simple summoning test to see your prime abilities in action. All primes can use Omnilium to create almost anything and only primes are capable of using it. But what gets summoned is very subjective."

A panel slid open on the floor, slowly a clear plastic box sitting on a small pillar came up from the floor with a rainbow glow. A small piece of omnilium was inside. The clear plastic separated and went down into the pillar. Genjuro continued, "I will provide you with the Omnilium here. I want to see exactly what objects you will summon provided only the name."

Genjuro gestured to the Omnilium. "Please, use this to summon a box, a ball, and a boat. The three bees. Make what you think is appropriate to the name."

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Jak Mar - 08-28-2016

It took some time for Jak to think back on what objects he would remember based on the three objects he was told to summon.

But he focused more on the object, which was a box of eco. It not only showed a logo on it, but when it was broken, the eco would flow right into Jak’s body.

The long eared man grinned and lifted the small square box toward Genjuro’s face and the scientist took the time to study it and ask questions based on what appeared near him.

“What is this?’

“Why should i tell you about what’s inside? All you need to know that this stuff is important to me.” Jak kept avoiding the questions the scientist tried to get out of him.

The scientist shook his head.

“Let’s try again, what’s inside this box?”

No reaction from the long eared man.

Except maybe a annoying grunt.

Genjuro drew a picture of the object and eyed Jak. “Alright, since you summoned a box, please summon a ball of some kind.

Not too long after, Jak wasn’t completely focused on the ball at hand but a small ball with red on it made a click on the ground.

“This is a ball you could think of?”

Jak growled “Close enough”

Genjuro once again drew the object of question next to the box. “ Now, one more object i need you to summon. This is a bit more difficult. This time i need you to summon some sort of boat. Any boat that you can think of.”

After about 5 minutes, a boat from Jak’s boat appeared on the floor. Wooden, had a fan on the back of it. A airboat in a way. Very interesting indeed.

The scientist studied the three objects and rubbed his hands all over the objects using all of his senses to take in what Jak could summon just by being a prime. It was very impressive, indeed.

Jak ran his hand through his hair, tensing up “Give me my friend back.”

Genjuro blinked “Oh, you mean Erol?”

Jak wanted to scream right there and then.

“He’s NOT my friend.”

Genjuro stared around the lab and at the window as Erol had somehow closed his eyes for a few seconds.

“Then who is he?”

Jak got up and slowly moved toward Genjaro.

“He’s MY Enemy.”

Genjaro stopped, trying to figure out just what Jak was doing. He wasn’t afraid of Jak, he had Erol behind him right. Even his daughters could protect him from the “experiment” if needed.

The man shook off any emotions he may of felt when Jak was getting closer. He knew this place in and out but Jak didn’t.

That was the advantage he held over the subject here.

Coruscant wasn’t the greatest of places, but he had the emperor to impress with the data he would get from Jak.

“This eco of yours. I saw it in action. I’d … like to see you use it again just on a practice range i set up. I might have .. a reward if you do this.”

The mercenary sat up and raised an eyebrow “What.. reward.”

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Schwi Dola - 09-11-2016

Genjuro shrugged. It was a simple request, really everything he wanted was fairly simple. At least to him. But most people found it uncomfortable and often painful. Genjuro said, "If you cooperate with me I will be able to note that in the records. Your cooperation will be met with some cooperation from The Empire. We pay our soldiers, and reward our cooperative research subjects with influence. You will find it easier to get what you need and be able to request small things from The Empire. Now, on a personal note you may find the Empire distasteful and not agree with our methods, but we are the biggest nation stuck here on the Omniverse and that means information. Information you can't find anywhere else."

Genjuro gestured to Jak, "I'm sure you want to know more about what is really going on in this new reality, so do the rest of us and you may just find some answers if you become a friend of The Empire. Also I'm going to get what I need from you whether you cooperate or not, so you mine as well get something out of the deal." Genjuro sighed, "It is your decision of course."

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Jak Mar - 09-15-2016

Jak crossed his arms and a brief annoyance crossed his face. “So you’ll give me some secrets of the Empire? Perhaps this might be worth it after all.

When Genjuro said “I’m going to get what I need from you whether you cooperate or not.” this just got jak annoyed even more.

“What do.. You have planned anyways? I’m not fond of … surprises you know..”

Jak didn’t want to hurt Genjuro but would if the man made him angry enough.

“Before you go further, at least answer one of my questions.”

“Why me?”

Genjuro shrugged and looked over at some papers and turned back to Jak “I’ve had test subjects ask me all the time and my answer is the same.”

“You have something the empire needs.”

Jak frowned “Only if you return my friend back from the Empire Prison, you might get what you asked for.”

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Schwi Dola - 09-16-2016

"Your friend?" Genjuro asked looking puzzled. He wasn't sure what Jak was talking about, so he pulled out and expanded a small datapad. After looking at it for a few moments he nodded. "Right, that Erol fellow wanted to use him as bait for you. I don't see a problem, I can have him released before we conclude our experiments here."

Genjuro closed the datapad and put it back in his pocket. "As for what is in store, I have various things I want to analyze about you. I have some subjects that could provide combat anaylsis and this energy you use could be used to some research we could do right here. There is a small creature known as a Metroid that is well established as something that is fairly adaptable to all manner of environments. Sadly they often aren't sustainable in new environments as their growth and development often stops short and changes in undesirable ways. Investigation discovered that these things survived an invasion from a dark energy powered parasite. This kind of data can help me produce new enhancements for my daughters."

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Jak Mar - 09-21-2016

Jak squeezed his fist, so he wasn’t expecting the end result data to be used on the man’s daughters. His powers…

“So who are these daughters of yours?”

Genjuro eyed Jak as he tended to look over the man with angry eyes.

The man growled, slightly angry that Jak had hit a sore spot with him.

DesX had rushed in and tried to wrap the anti hero in tentacles while Jak literally tried to fight back in the tentacles. Fighting back was a struggle before it got tighter on the man’s body.

The Doctor stopped and lifted his hand “DesX, stop. Hold on.”

Jak growled and was just about to turn dark in the grasp.

DesX turned and frowned “But Daddy! He was about to kill you!

The “good” doctor revealed that DesX was one of his daughters and he created two of them personally for wish fulfillment.

. Jak was now Dark and fighting off DesX’s grasp but the girl let go, letting Dark Jak change back.

The mercenary muttered under his breath “Talk about a warm welcome..”

Dr. Genjuro said “Don’t worry, DesX. We still need to finish the experiments, honey.”
“Daddy’s alright.”

DesX wandered away, from the experiment sight for now.

The man walked toward Jak again and blinked “I’m going to need you to fight off these Metroids… You may summon what you want to fight off these.”

Jak eyed the man cautiously “These metroids, how do you know these won’t kill me?”

Genjuro shrugged “We don’t know, honesty.”

Jak flexed his hand and thought of a few boxes of eco.

Blue eco, the eco of speed and the eco of healing, green eco.

Followed by

Dark eco, and Light eco. The two ecos that balanced each other out.

The doctor started with a few metroids and they began to scatter out in the lab, crawling toward their prey, making noises on the way.

Jak didn’t let the metroids get close enough to start sucking so he busted out the blue eco of speed and the eco absorbed naturally into his body. His speed increased a lot more than usual.

But the metroids still followed Jak as more followed. Jak was playing a game of “Keep away” with these things and it was getting annoying.

But one eventually caught up with the mercenary and tried to latch on a weak part of Jak and started to suck. Jak felt the bite and started to squeeze the creature hard.

The pain started to hurt but there was a sucking sound.

Something weird ran through Jak, a strange cold sensation. Jak jammed some eco into the small little thing and it began to expand and eventually explode on the ground.

Jak growled and spat on the ground “Damn things are dangerous.” He stepped on it squishing it under his boots.

He squeezed his fist and leaned a hand on the table in the middle of the lab and saw the guts on the ground.

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Schwi Dola - 09-28-2016

Genjuro watched carefully as Jak fought the Metroids, moving to safety inside the room attached with glass looking out. They would attack Genjuro too if he stayed there. These were tricky monsters, apex hunters that fed directly off of their victims life energy. The kind of almost magical thing that made a purely scientific universe question its basic physics. He knew how to handle them, the tricky part was their body make-up. Their agility and tough, flexible membrane usually warded off any kind of attack until it was too late. The hard part was just hitting them. You could let them latch on and blast, freeze them so that their membrane becomes unflexible and easy to smash, or just get in a lucky shot.

He spoke with DesX who was now also standing and watching Jak next to him. "That energy he is using is moldable. I wonder how powerful its explosive force is. A young metroid may adapt to it after bathing in a pool of eco."

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Jak Mar - 10-06-2016

Dark Jak called out in pure rage as within the confines of the lab, the glass would make a slow cracking sound, making Genjaro and Des-X step back.

The clone of Desco smirked “Heh, daddy. I’m a demon, this guy’s just a poser trying to be me.”

Genjaro kept his eyes on the lab results and watching his “experiment” play. “Des-X, my daughter, this is a different type of beast.

The metroids would once again skitter toward the mercenary’s turned form as the corrupted beasts would try and suck the life out of Jak, again.

The eco warrior found himself playing “keep away” from the beasts in question for every one he was able to poke a finger into and destroy, another took its place. A rather angry fight for Jak who was fighting for his life, where the other two studied in relative safety.

There was a problem..

The metroids were turning into a pesky situation. One turned into two, two to four. This started to annoy him if it didn’t already.

Wait, he could conserve his dark eco and use his Light form.

Right.

Jak appeared to be doing something strange as he held his head and his eyes closed, as the metroids seemed to be closing in on the man, suddenly they stopped in midair and just couldn’t move.

Genjero was surprised, so this guy had some sort of freeze where he could stop metroids from doing what they do best? Very Interesting idea.

Light Jak was now standing in front of the window as the creatures stopped.

He simply glared at Des-X and Genjaro with a frown.

“I’m no “expendable” toy for your friend here. The translucent blue form seemed to be hanging around in the air, growling, yet peaceful.

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Schwi Dola - 10-13-2016

Genjuro nodded and hit a button to recall the Metroids. A hose came out of the wall. It snaked its way to each Metroid and vaccumed up the floating creature back into storage. They had been exposed to this new kind of energy so he would keep them separated from the others to see the results of short exposure. He had no idea how likely that kind of outcome was but science was a matter of collecting data. Negative results are as valuable as positive ones.

Genjuro responded to Jak's assertion. "Of course not, I have countermeasures to stop those creatures before they drained your life force completely if they had overwhelmed you. I know well their capabilities and they are a good measuring stick for your capabilities. You know I think they could wipe out an entire intelligent species if they were left unchecked on a planet, and that is based on only theoretical knowledge of their growth patterns based upon their DNA. I can't produce a proper environment to allow them to reach the end of their life cycle yet. Those were just the babies comparatively speaking, their second stage of development."

He had never seen the first stage of development, the Egg stage. That made OM experimentation difficult to perform as the synthesized theoretical eggs might not be accurate to the original. "I've noticed that you used different patterns of this Eco energy during that fight. Can you tell me how they differ from one another?"

RE: There are No Lines (Open// ???) - Jak Mar - 12-10-2016

Jak was avoiding the obvious facts. He should have never been there in the first place. He’d be in the cursed Coruscant city for only a short time yet it felt like time was moving in short bursts. But time was not the problem, it was the fact that this man could back him into a jarring position and have his daughters subdue him from attacking him at any time.

Now the jarring scientist was asking too many questions, ones diving into almost personal reasons as to why his eco forms was so important. Jak could feel the creatures being sucked back as he lifted his arm over his body, marks from various metroids could be seen. However, those marks was red and dark blue were now
gone. The eco infused angel landed on the ground and swiftly crossed his arms.

“This is Light Jak, and the eco that powers it is extremely rare… "I haven’t had the chance to find it here in the Omniverse but eco is pretty hard to find anywhere around here."[/color]

Jak sat on the cold metal table as he had to maintain a sense of calm from old memories of being tortured in Baron Praxis’s prison. But this was different, right?
“So those metroids weren’t even past first stage yet? How.. powerful can they get and do I want to know?”

The doctor wrote down Jak’s answers and kept studying the chart while he spoke “Of course there are, three forms, exactly.

The eco warrior wasn’t exactly taking this well as he squeezed his fists, at first calm and then more tense as time went on.

“What exactly do you have in mind to DO with these powers after I’m done here. After all, I am a bit curious having been in this situation before..”

Genjaro walked forward “Easy. We have the utmost confidence in you, Jak.”

RE: There are No Lines [M] - Jak Mar - 01-15-2017

Genjuro looked at his watch and saw it was getting later and later but Coruscant was still covered under the blanket of darkness soon and there would be more stormtrooper patrols out soon.

“Jak, what if i could promise you that you would grow stronger from these experiments? You are a prime after all. After all, a little manipulation could work wonders if played right.

Jak sat up on the table and moved closer to the reluctant scientist. The anti-hero was now curious as to what the man was talking about. Power?

Why would this man willingly offer him power like Praxis did? What consequences did it have for the man and his already messed up body.

Genjuro remembered back to a old time in Earth where he was working on his two artificial daughters, created to take over the world for his daughter, Fuka.

Genjuro shook his head and frowned, trying to rid himself of the memories. The scientist had to laugh just a bit and almost sweatdropped in front of his latest “experiment”.

Jak didn’t even know as he growled “Why are you laughing?”

The man frowned “I can let you in on a little secret though… I’m kinda a movie freak. So things i do might match certain human movies out there.”

Jak facepalmed and almost groaned “So, let me get this straight… You want me to fit your favorite movie role models?”

Genjuro slightly shrugged and looked over at his board.

“Whatever this eco is of yours… I want you to test it… on my latest creation…”

Jak frowned and got up, side eyeing the room for DesX, the man’s artificial creation.

“What are they?”

Genjuro turned and then told Jak “Like I said I’m sort of a movie freak, so I took samples from demons and grew them together”

Jak’s attention was to the creatures that walked out.

Genjuro stepped in front of the window on the other side and let the demon clones and the eco warrior fight.

But the scientist wasn’t telling Jak something about his eco and how it was going to be used. The demon “clones” were rather a strange hard hatted like creature with spikes on his head and what looked like a cement figure shaped in a gargoyle.

Not only this but they grunted as they talked.

The one with the spikes held a medium shaped bat with a spiked ball on it while the other creature moved closer to the eco warrior.

The demon with the spikes pointed his stubby finger at the hero giving a hearty laugh out loud. Not only was that chuckle annoying, but it was boisterous. It’s laugh made all these villains seem so… stereotypical.

Daxter would even get a kick out of how pathetic sounding these demons were when they laughed like they were tough. The demons lit up in their own light shows, with tense fire and ice attacks. Jak’s fists clenched in fists of rage as his body lit up with his own share of eco, as jet black claws come cracking out of Jak’s nails.

The slightly scared man moved back behind cover, and dragged DesX with him as she slightly complained to her dad.

“I want you to watch this, my girl. This might be all yours soon.”

Desx hugs her dad happily as she turned toward the protective screen that separated them and the warrior, Jak.

The fight was about to become a messy one as claws matched bat and weapons. The screeching of the demons vs Dark Jak, who was a beast himself. But these demons were just low-class demons.

Dark Jak growled and looked at them “You’re weak, you're just low-class demons, why did your “creator” send these pathetic low-lifes to fight me anyway?

The demons sweatdropped and felt a little more offended than usual. “WHADDA YA MEAN, LOW CLASS DEMONS?!”

They tried to send fearsome lighting and fire blasts at the dark beast as the dark beast just laughed and lifted the demon punks up and started to choke them.

“I’d suggest you crawl back to wherever you came from before i send you back there, painfully.”

They laughed, and ended up regretting their decisions as the demon squeezed the necks as the air was choked out of their lungs.

“Tch, pathetic..”
“So good doc, have any other ideas you wish to throw at me?”

Genjuro blinked “My.. My demons.. You destroyed them! How the heck did you do it so fast?”

“Let’s say, you underestimated me and my strength when you took me in.”
