Making a PC to Prime NPC of another character - 2B - 08-02-2016 So, I'm planning to swap out Arturia. When I do, I would like to move Arturia to be my other character's Prime NPC. Just submit Arturia through the NPC Approval Thread, with the added information we include for Prime NPCs, and you're good to go.
