Time Paradox - Marcus Wright - 07-28-2016

The cyborg forced himself up off the cold, hard ground once again, shielding his eyes from the extreme light of the Nexus. Marcus gritted his teeth and stared down at his hands. He was alive again? Was this Omni story really true?

What he could remember was Okor and Fiara, his allies along the pathways in the mine. But he felt a sense of anger overwash him, he had saved Fiara but he… died doing it. But here he was, he was alive again..

His death was painful as the fleshy creature’s tail ended up between his ribcage and he fell to the ground after he ripped out the creature’s tail. Everything shut down and he was gone..

But he was covered in a death shroud, unable to be heard or seen. It gave him time to go over his feelings which was a bit annoying.

There was no telling if Okor or Fiara would remember him IF they survived.

Time Paradox… indeed.

He squeezed his fists as he mentally cursed.

He wished he was there longer to help those who needed him. Now? He just felt useless.

RE: Time Paradox - Marcus Wright - 07-28-2016

The cyborg closed his eyes and summoned a communicator/ dataverse device. The feeling of the device not covered in caked on mud made it that much cleaner. The device even had an added component this time that allowed him to communicate with others.
He turned on the device and it still had the avengers channel on it. Being a different device, he had little idea how the heck the number could still be on his phone.
He typed a message out on the dataverse,
“Avengers:
Be there within a few hours. If one of you picks up, please answer.
Marcus”
After it was sent, he stopped and realized he couldn’t be found by the Stormtroopers occasionally walking the Nexus.
He smirked but didn’t do anything and walked toward the exit of the Nexus toward the Vastly Deep. In a bout a few hours, he had made it faster than an average human would toward the gate.
Staring at it, he entered it feeling the death shroud disappear.
On the other side, it took Marcus a few minutes to focus on a small boat to get across to the large “A” shaped building.
