Important! Periodic Roster/Log Checking - Jade Harley - 07-17-2016
Hey everyone! Our Sprite team is about to start doing Roster Audits. So, if you want to help us out, please check that all of the information in your roster is correct and up-to-date. In an ideal world, everyone would update their roster each time they make a purchase. As we know this isn't the case, the check-ups are necessary.
Here's another concern. If you ever want an OM bonus, you'll need to read this!
By now I am sure you have noticed that there is a section in your mini-profile that has the words "Profile Link" and "Log Link".

You may have clicked on this from time to time to be brought to your own roster/purchases log or even the roster/log of someone else. It's a pretty handy feature and makes it easier for staff to update your log, for other users to write with your character, and for staff to make sure you are keeping your roster up-to-date.
As one of the people who give out OM bonuses, it's inconvenient when I have to spend a minute or longer searching around for your log. Especially when those bonuses involve multiple people. I would much rather have the job finished in under 10 minutes, but when people don't link their logs, it takes longer.
In short, you need to make sure that those links work and don't come up with the error "This specified thread does not exist." It would be extremely helpful all around to staff and other members if you follow these steps. It's super simple, I promise.
As it says in the What to do once you've been approved (Read Me) under the Joining forum,

The Edit Profile page can be found by selecting User CP >> Edit Profile. Like this. Go to the Edit Profile page.
Then, you can scroll down until you've hit the bottom of the page. You will see two very large information fields that are blank, right under where you can enter in Faction information. The instructions on what to do next are included.

It's that season again, Omniverse.
Staff will be auditing rosters starting in the next few days (so takes this time to double check yourself to save our people the time)
Please be aware of the following updates made to Roster-related 'stuff' since the last audit:

If you've already been updated with the costs moved to Consumed OM, just take it out of your consumed OM and note it on your log. If you haven't yet been updated, please do it yourself if possible and note it on your log, otherwise we'll gradually get to all of the rosters.

If a Roster remains un-updated (and again, not saying people are malicious, maybe just forgetful or lazy), the member will have their Purchase/Deduction Log locked, barring them from buying anything new.
Long story short, double-check recent updates. Make sure your Roster is up-to-date with changes to the template and new stuff you bought. Make sure all the links in your postbit are accurate as well =p

If you are in the section of the Roster that begins with Hiro Protagonist and ends with Little Ghost, you may have gotten a PM from me with instructions on Roster updates.

Similarly to Alex's post above, everyone within the section between Captain America and Harry Potter should have gotten a PM from me if there is an issue, otherwise you are cleared!
