Astral Verse clarifications - Madotsuki - 06-28-2016
Since I plan to have Madotsuki enter the Astral Verse and potentially have her live there or get some status of power, I'd really like to have some stuff cleared up.
Firstly, how long would it take for a dream to become permanent if only one person had it?
Would it be possible for a Prime to have a different appearance in the Astral Verse alone?
How would the NPCs react to a random Prime taking up the role of a guardian of their own jurisdiction?
How much would actions in one part of the Astral Verse affect the other areas of it?
Are there any sort of politics or monarchy besides Luna?

Just popping in to make sure that you know that you can't have a base in the astral realm. You can live there, sure, but you can't have a base there.
Also, don't forget that you need Spiritual Enlightenment for your prime to actually go to the Astral Realm

I'm gonna bump this because I have similar questions regarding number two. (In my case it wouldn't be a significant change from the character's regular appearance, just a change of clothes and hair length, but still.)

Are you physically entering the Astral verse?
if you're physically entering the place, then no, your appearance can't change. If you're projecting in there, then you can probably have some cosmetic differences.
