Stats: ATK: 2 DEF: 3 SPD: 2 TEC: 3 Starting Proficiencies: Ranged Proficiency: 1000 OM Ranged Materialize Proficiency: 600 OM Starting Powers: Alternate Form - Swampfire: 2000 OM Stats: ATK: 3 DEF: 2 SPD: 1 TEC: 4 Starting Moves:  Plant Manipulation: Users can create, shape and manipulate plants, including wood, vines, plants, moss, and parts of the plants, such as leaves, seeds, fruits and flowers. The user can cause plants to grow, move/attack or even rise from the soil then walk, They can mutate plants by rearranging DNA structure and revive withered or dead plants. They can use their power for defense and support by growing plants from the ground and make them sprout seeds/fruits/berries, or even to possibly use plant chemicals to heal people or objects or manipulate their properties for a wide range of effects. 1000 OM Fireball: Creates and Launches a ball of fire from the palm of the hands. Can create up to 6 small fireballs. Fireballs are fast but not powerful and take a short time to make and remake. Fireballs can be launched 2 at a time. Can move around while using this move. Does not require aim. Getting hit with this move will burn you for a short time. Does not require focus to use this move. Travels as fast as bullet. RE: Ben 10 - Mark - 06-19-2016 Fireball: How big are these? How long does it take to create a fire ball, roughly? When you say it doesn't need to be aimed, do you mean it homes? You'd need Homing Proficiency for that. What's the range? How draining is this? Does the burning cause any debuffs (slow, loss of strength etc.)? Can this be used with other moves? I'm a little lost on how many are fired at a time. You say he can create to six but then you say they can be fired 2 at a time. Do you mean he can create 6 and just hold onto them while he fires a few in bursts? Also, the move would cost 300 OM as that's the base rate for moves. As for Plant Manipulation, you'll need to buy a move for each use you're listing. So a defensive wall would be a move, roots that grip someone's feet would be a move, plant minions would be their own move, etc. Some of the stuff would also fall under powers, such as Healing for the berries.
