I already know there is a way to get to Omni IC, even if I don't know how that is. If a pair of characters could get to his presence, could they challenge him in a fight? And, most importantly, is it possible for him to lose?

You can certainly try. Whether he accepts or not is up to his silly silly self to decide. As for whether he can be beaten, try it and find out. =D
