So what would you do if you wanted a base that could be portable, sorta like an airship? Would you buy a move first... or?

You would come up with a new idea for a base, or stock up on Base Relocation items.

(just adding to Adam's note) You could also make an airship or similar as a mount (under some conditions), it just wouldn't have the capabilities of a base.
