I would like Cyborg to join the EPD(empire police dept), other than doing the initial quest to gain favor from the empire I'm not sure how to then IC do this to fit cannon. I imagine him being kinda like Dredd in a way for lesser crimes that primes commit and then help the empire bring those to justice.
First off, a question for a mod. Can I do this? Techibically I would be invading others stories when they do something criminal in the Courscant verse. So am I allowed to do this if said primes are verrrrrrry obvious about their criminal activity
Secondly, this is a general question.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can join the EPD, I doubt that completing the quest would allow me to automatically become an officer so what are some steps I can take to further this?
Any insight to thus goal would be great. Thanks!

Oh I love it, its a great start, but would that mean the Cyborg would become an officer of the EPD? If it does than never mind about furthering my goal to become one. The way I took it, it would be a start to becoming an EPD member. Obviously I would have more credibility with the empire, but would I be an active officer if I so choose that

The criminal apprehension faction quest would make you an official member of the faction. Think of it as you being the equivalent of a beat cop or a detective. Obviously you can still do that without the faction quest, but you'd have to put in your own work and submit it.
To be an officer (by which I imagine you're talking the equivalent of like a police lieutenant or something? Organizing squads and controlling lesser cops), you'd need Recognition for that.

Gotcha okay. That makes sense. As for my other question. Am I allowed to stop other crimes from happening in other people's stories or can I only collect the bounties one the crimes have been done with? Just asking for story purposes
