Alright so upon posting in my log with the purchase of burst movement i realized that i am over the power cap, i have no intentions of buying the increase anytime soon so can I instead refund it and buy other things, saving it for a later time?

They can edit in-character posts with moderator approval, so I wasn't aware if that extended to all previously un-editable posts or not.
