Yeah, and it's just that Ratchet will win because Ratchet's faced Galaxy ending threats that make Jak's enemies pale in comparison.

They both seem fairly similar in weaponry and skills. Clank might be the deciding factor, as he seems more useful as a sidekick than Daxter.

On a purely physical standpoint, between the main competitors -- that being, in this case, Jak and Ratchet -- Jak probably wins. Bring weapons into the equation? The thing flops entirely, and it's not even a contest for Ratchet to win. Bring their sidekicks into the fray? It becomes not even fair anymore.
Calling it now, it's gonna be Megaman vs. Astro Boy all over again. Able to hold off and keep the other side busy, but have no real chance at actually winning. Hooray for hilariously one-sided matchups.
