Reformation: Revision (nexus to ashen) - Miranda Frost - 04-03-2016

They say one dies a second time when that person is forgotten. Here in the Omniverse, it is a prime's true death. Miranda had a job to fulfill and then she was nothing. She could only watch herself in silent horror as her body glowed and degenerated into a cloud of rainbow, crystalline dust. The fiery warmth of the Ashen Steppes grew cold with abandonment. Miranda had lost whatever favor she had with the white being known as Omni. Like trash her consciousness was stripped away from what seemed to be a body of omnilinium. She cursed herself, cursed Omni as her final moments dragged her into a dark oblivion.

Right as her basic being slipped away, she found that she had not quite been cast away yet. In the pearly white realm of the Nexus, her body formed before her eyes. Her left, artificial eye flickered to life, shedding a dim crimson glow upon her regenerating form. From the "dust" this world was made of she returned completely in body, but not quite so in mind. The first word to whisper in her head was the name of the childish "God" Omni, who's name sparked resentment and seeping anger within her core. Digging deeper she found a name: Miranda Frost. Could it be her name or one that she knew before? It didn't matter. It was her name now. Her mind stabilised, though memories were stripped, wiped clean. This she didn't care about. Perhaps those memories weighed her down, kept her from seeing the truth, the truth that none of this was real.

She was a fake, a proxy made of this white, rainbow colored dust known as Omnilinium. Perhaps this whole world was constructed by it behind the scenes. It was all a dollhouse for Omni's amusement.

Behind the steel mask Miranda gritted her teeth and rose her mechanical, prosthetic arms before her, flexing the pumps that allowed them to emulate "Real" human arms. A  consciousness didn't mean she was naturally formed. Machines could be made to better suit the maker's needs. One with godlike power could emulate laws of nature, correct? Why not? Miranda stepped from the fountain of light she was reformed at, noticing something quite unfamiliar with her body. One might be expect to be born with the majority of one's body with flesh and blood, but Miranda felt as if her movements were hindered.

Bringing a finger up to her cloaked chest she tapped it, feeling the rigidness of metal beneath her skin.  Ironic that one such as herself would consider herself artificial in an artificial world when she would have been a creation of some sort in a world more realistic. It was enough to give rise to a small chuckle,  a smile forming behind her magnetically sealed face mask.

Her dimly lit eye scanned the area, noting many others here. Curiously there were multiple armed men or women clad in white armor closing in on her position, firearm-like weapons at the ready. Despite the helmets  hiding their facial features from normal human view, her eye could see through them. They were cautious, perhaps even afraid. Seeing beyond them two more individuals were walking away to one of the many gates that lined the edge of this pure realm. Interesting.

Ignoring the white clad nothings, she began to walk toward the gate the two others exited through. Why waste any more precious time pondering on which door to go through? Simplicity is a treasure. Not one step though and a pair of troopers blocked her path.
Sighing she gently dismissed them with the wave of her hand. It was suggestive at first, but only because she didn't want to wear down the knuckles on her gloves with this pointless fight. "You are in my way. Not smart".

"Ma'am. We implore you to come with us to Coruscant.", one of the two spoke up, his grip tightening  on his blaster. The others stood in place at the ready, maybe five of them. Miranda

Miranda sighed and crossed her arms, shaking her head. "I don't think you all heard me. Get out of my way and you will live. My mind is made up on where I want to travel. Do. Not. Trifle with me.", She growled pushing her way pass the pair. She expected them to fire on her, but they bothered her no more. Smart.

It was time to see what was behind this door.
