I've already chucked Ruby on my sub accounts, but I can't put Lubbock on for whatever reason ;-; Please assist

This is just basic troubleshooting to ensure there are no errors anywhere and to try and help you along, based on observations I've made from people having difficulties.
Check you can still access Lubbock's account; make sure your password still works.
If not, reset your password, and try linking the account again. This has been a relatively common issue, it seems
If it is more than that, we'll see what else can be done I guess.
