It's a LEGO Ideas set based off of the Flash series. Fairly detailed, based off a thing I love, AND is pretty accurate to the show? YES PLEASE!
The set also has a wheelchair, which LEGO is only releasing a set with in summer. I expect them to use LEGO's design over this person's, though.

Okay, because I am on mobile and am experiencing incredible, totally nefarious difficulty in looking at that website properly, is the entire site like, dedicated to different LEGO set ideas? :0 Anyways, cool!

The set reached 1000 supporters. Not enough for LEGO to start considering it, but at least enough so that they hit a milestone and, thus, get more time to work on getting enough for LEGO to review it.
