It had been in hibernation at the time of being spirited away.

A 3 meters long, 1 meter diameter Kumonryū koinobori with a quilted poncho head, a folded paper body, and a stained glass tail; its body is hollow but decorated and filled both inside and out with a variety of mundane and surrealistic objects, thickest to the throat and thinnest to the tail.

Can you write up your move a little more clearly? I would point you towards some of the other join apps that have been approved, or the move approval thread for examples of some moves.

Complete -- added a third sentence to history and another sentence to the move description (it is the second line), plus a small bit of clarification in the move's first sentence and an addition among one of the points (the "fire and forget" one).

So, after a quick glance over, it looks like your move requires Telekinesis. A higher up could overrule me but that's what I'm seeing.

I have removed the move, replaced ranged proficiency with physical strength, and added shapeshifting to starting powers.
