Bounty Question - Smith - 04-06-2014
As per the Bounty Board OP, tracking a bounty outside of your Verse requires a Vita Compass. My question is this: is that the only way to find a Bounty? Could I instead find clues, utilize contacts and leads, or track/hunt an individual? I assume it would take longer and be harder than using the Vita Compass, but I don't see it being outside the realm of possibility.

Considering that a Vita Compass only works on those who the user has encounters while having the compass, I would say you can use other methods.

That's fine, but it would take time and effort dependent on how high-profile that person is. Obviously this goes out of the window if you arrange something OOC with the player - you can decide together at thy leisure.
