The Clown Prince of Crime enters the smooth stone portal and instantly has to get his eyes used to the light of the place. After getting his eyes used to the direct sunlight - something he doesn't see much in Gotham, given he usually heads out at night while Batsy has time to play - he sees a small circle of standing stones surrounding the portal. Likely to make it visible from a distance. the Joker thinks to himself. He walks forward, carefully stepping around the stones. Other than them, all he sees is some plains. He walks away in a random direction. Not long, he sees an oak tree. It's tall, and seems to have some squirrels in it.
"What do you call a squirrel with no nuts?" Joker asks. Instantly, he draws his gun and shoots a squirrel out of the tree. It lands behind the tree with a 'thud,' dead. "You!" Joker says to himself, laughing.
Joker then tucks away his gun and walks forward a few more steps, and, noting the dead squirrel behind the tree, approaches it and begins to debate his options. This may be an important food source, he thinks, but at the same time, I have nothing to carry it with. It would be weird walking around with a dead squirrel in my palms until I get a chance to cook it...Maybe I should try to figure out how that stuff that Omni mentioned works...That...Omnibumbum? No, I think it was called Omnilium...He said to just focus on what I desire...Maybe if I focus on food, I won't need that squirrel...
The Joker starts focusing on something he wants. A glowing orb of Omnilium emerges from him, and starts to form into something. The Joker grips the Omnilium, which has now formed into...A plastic bowl, in purple and green with some cotton candy in it...
Joker picks a bit of cotton candy off with one hand, then pops it into his mouth. "Not very filling, but it'll have to do, and at least I won't starve to death. And it's better than all that work preparing squirrel, anyway."
Joker continues on in his random direction, popping cotton candy happily into his mouth every few minutes along the way. He just left the dead squirrel there, an obvious sign that someone's coming to town.
Seemingly a half hour at least passes, and the Joker hasn't seen much of interest. The occasional tree, and some wildlife, but that's it. He's been popping cotton candy in his mouth over and over for nearly a half hour. The bowl with the cotton candy in it is empty. Frankly, Joker's surprised it lasted this long. And now, he sees a road. It's made mainly of hard dirt. There's likely some other materials in there, but Joker honestly doesn't care.
"Finally, a road...I thought that the plains and the trees were all there was to see about the Omniverse. And that wouldn't be very fun, would it?" Joker says. He starts following the road in the direction opposite of where the portal would be. A rabbit hops by. Joker drops his cotton candy bowl and pulls out his gun.
BANG!
Joker picks the bunny up, hides its face with his free hand, and holds it to the side of his head. "I think I need medical attention, my face appears to have been blown off. What's up, doc?" Joker laughs again, drops the bloody, lifeless bunny on the road and continues following the path.
