Arena: Havoc - A ruined cityscape with massacred vehicles and slaughtered civilians everywhere one looks. Flames populate the area and explosions are heard in the distance. A red mist fills the area, hindering vision slightly. However, the biggest threat to a citizen's safety is the integrity of the buildings; the explosions have shaken them to a point of terrible weakness.

The setting sounds perfect. It sounds like something the Joker would cause in an attempt to draw attention to a new hero to play with...Which I guess Lubbock is, now.
