Can Secondaries be re-summoned after they have been killed and, if so, is there a limitation to how many times/how often this can be done?

Yes indeedy. There's not a limitation, as far as I'm aware.

What Link said, you can re-summon secondaries as often as you want. I just want to add the following for clarification, in case that you didn't know already:

They would not just be resurrected like a Prime. If they've been away from your Prime who summons them and experienced something that the Prime didn't, they will not have that memory anymore because their knowledge and memories must be based on that Prime's. You're essentially summoning a new secondary that looks the same as the one before, has the same name, abilities etc. but may not have the same memories.
