As for location, perhaps Coruscant? That's where Dawson is, and Akame is hunting him, I believe. As for first post, it'd be more logical for Akame to strike first. After all, Dawson's new, and not exactly prepared to be fighting. She'd have the drop on him.

I like the Coruscant idea, but the first post shall be up to randomize. I'll use what the judges on the site use: Random.org dice roller. 4 sided dice. If it's even, Akame posts first. If odd, Dawson posts first. Fair?
