Referrals and Spreading the Word - Omni - 02-23-2014
If you decide to refer a friend, you'll also earn some bonus OM. Not that you'd need an extra reason to tell your friends about this awesome place :troll:
For every person you refer to the site, I'll give you 200 OM. Easy, right? Just get them to mention your name in their joining topic, and bam.
If someone you referred reaches level 2, you get an additional 200 OM on top of the previous 200 OM. Woo! Just post in this thread if you haven't gotten it.
Aside from the site itself, we have a presence on the following sites:
Facebook. I post updates here from time to time. It's especially useful for if the site should go down, or if you want to know when a new official storyline is starting. Our facebook button should be visible for you on the site index below the affiliate buttons. If not, click disable Adblock for the Omniverse.
Twitter. This shows all the facebook updates automatically, so use it instead if you prefer.
Tumblr. I won't lie, I'm not a Tumblr guy. But it's here in case you have a tumblr and want to link to us.
We're also part of several Topsites. Voting for us is both profitable and sexually fulfilling. I wouldn't lie about that.
RPGfix (every 12 hours, click the thumbs up icon. If you register, your votes count as x2)
RPG Directory topsites (every 24 hours)
Top RP Sites (Daily)
Top RPG sites (once only)
What else. Got a tumblr or a twitter? Reblog us! Active on any other sites that allow sig advertising? You know what to do If you really wanna be my best friend, use your noodle and come up with your own ways. Write an review on us, mention us on your podcast, put us on your facebook page ... like I said, use your noodle. Run it by me if you're doing anything big and I'll appreciate it.
Also, if I didn't invite you personally, I'd love to hear how you found the site. Feel free to reply to this topic or otherwise.
The only other thing to say is that if you're inviting friends, please explain that they'll need to read the rules and go through the signup process like everyone else. We love getting new people, but folks who don't want to read the rules or respect the site are a headache for everyone. Let's keep this a nice community full of cool people!

Also, I would totally encourage people to register on RPGfix not just for the bonus vote count. It's a quality site with a cool admin and interesting discussions. Fairly new, I understand they came back and got revived so it would not even be that hard for us to rise to the top of the rankings which would be a great thing for us. They're already immediately after RPG Directory (the big, well-known directory) on google search rankings.
