The Omniverse Geneva Convention - Gilgamesh - 11-24-2015
After this fight, if I manage to not get banished nor Nippur would be completely destroyed I'll be hosting a "Nippur Convention"
I'll be inviting all PC players and factions, including LAW, to come to Nippur and agree on Wartime rules. This overall would attempt to regulate banishment, regulate prisoner treatment and other IC issues our characters might have. Those that would break these rules would probably be punished through I guess it would be a "League of Nations"
This would be advertised throughout the Dataverse so that's how some characters would know.

I am interested in this. However, Minato does not have a Dataverse Device... I guess Tsunade could send him an Kito as a representatives?
