generally when you cant think of moves, don't worry about it. wait until inspiration strikes. If you must, if your character is canon, look through his/her canon universe and pick something he/she would use and try and translate it here.
of course this is general advice as i haven't much an idea about what luger would do or use (all i know is that he/she is from killsone).
