Hey people.
So for my current solo storyline I need a fitting Prime villain who delights in cruelty and domination, but also uses subtlety. I don't really feel like making another OC, so I was wondering what sort of ideas people might have, though I'd also have to know them well enough to play them right.
The arc I have planned involves the trafficking of secondaries as an OM source, so this villain needs to be power hungry, but that shouldn't be hard for a villain.

Though not quite a villian yet (neutral status) My prime is heading to the Dunes to restart his primary research on people's hearts (or souls). He will be using live test subjects of course from a wide range of worlds.
Edit: though he doesn't quite delight in cruelty for cruelty's sake, he does enjoy advances in his research, despite the road he may take to achieve it.

Are you planning to defeat or banish this villain? If not, I may be persuaded to let you use Itachi. I have been meaning to have Itachi start causing mischief around the omniverse. Pm to discuss and plot if you are interested.
