Connor Hound - The Rogue - 09-27-2015

Character source: Original, originally made for the RWBY universe, but this reiteration of Conner is different
Character history: WiP Connor is from a place, in a time where homicide, genocide, assassinations, and political unrest headlined the news, and the citizens saw it on holographic displays, that was projected by a device embedded in their hands, called a HandPad. One thing though, he never new that it was on the news, because he was usually working for those entities involved, either as a body guard, assassin, or just an ordinary mercenary. Until the day he fell....
He was on the tallest building in the city. Facing off of a bunch of grunts that worked against his current boss. Having run out of ammo in one of his pistols, and in is semi-automatic rifle, and having his tomahawk badly damaged, he discarded those weapons and left them near-by, thinking that he will return to pick them up later. He was only left with Lupa, his customized Glock 18, and first pistol he bought. One of the grunts detonated a bomb that pushed him off the roof. then he fell....into the white portal that brought him here.
Physical Description: Stands at about 5'6, is pretty lithe and agile, and knows martial arts, but they are a fall back when ammo is running low. He has significant muscle mass and can still can run circles around an opponent, as long as he has an area that allows him use of his free running. He is somewhat pale but has contrastingly dark brown hair and deep rich brown eyes. Usually seen wearing a trench coat and black pants, and currently has a holster on his left thigh, where he stores his Glock 18, Lupa, and has straps across his chest where he stores his magazines.

Starting Powers: Super jump (Basic, 300), Master Accrobat(400), Stealth(1200)
Starting Moves: Lupa ((300)) : (Requires Ranged Profinciency) : A Glock 18 (caliber: 9mm) , full-auto (2 seconds to empty clip), uses sub-sonic bullets,has a laser attachment and it's magazine size is 33 bullets, not entirely accurate, it's bullet spread is aprox. 2 ft in vertical direction from intended target point. Is stored on my left hip, for is holstered so that I can grab it with my right hand

Okay, a few tips
Firstly, since you have 3 ATK, you character is going to be fairly strong in terms of physical strength. Even if he is mainly going to be using guns, it's always a good idea to pick up the Physical Strength Proficiency.
Also, with your Proficiencies, Powers and moves, can you add in the price of them inside brackets? it should look like this: Ranged Proficiency (1000). It makes it easier for us to add the total at the end.
Your move, I'm not too familiar with guns, but does it only have one setting for rate of fire? or is it both Full Auto and Semi Auto?
Also, I can't approve you without a history, so that should be in here asap.

Yes I am working on the history, I researched it and the Glock 18 can be switched from full-auto and semi-auto, or can be permanently fixed on either one, and yes I will out the prices, but right now I'm legt with 800 OM

it's your choice whether or not the gun has both or just one rate(s) of fire. if it has two, the move is variable and costs 600, if it's 1 the move is basic and costs 300
