Flash Thompson also known as Agent Venom was a former classmate and school bully of Peter Parker.
After having his legs blown off whilst saving his team in a war, he was offered a position in the government's Project Rebirth 2.0 scheme where he was bonded to the Venom Symbiote and became Agent Venom.
A.V was taken to the omniverse multiple weeks after the events of the Spider Island series during a fight with villain, Kraven the Hunter.

Underneath the outfit, Flash has medium length blonde hair.

Web string: Agent Venom can shoot black web string up to 20 meters. Webs do no damage but are very durable and last up to 3 hours. Too much web stringing leaves A.V's defence weakened. Web strings can stick to other primes but cannot pin them. These webs are primarily used as a method of transport (swinging) or to grab items out of reach.
S.H.I.E.L.D Tablet: Just a standard tablet, most Shield agents are given one. Can connect to the dataverse.
S.H.I.E.L.D Pistol: Standard issue semi-automatic pistol. Fits in a holster on A.V's belt. Holds 12 bullets. Shoots 3 bullets a second. Near impossible to aim at anything further than 30 meters.

Thank you for your interest. I'm glad that we can start off on the right footing now. :-)
In the character's history, you'll need to add from what point is your character taken from when they are brought into the Omniverse.
In order for body parts to transform into black goo, you'll need Disassemble.
Can Web String be used to pin an enemy in place? If so, you will need the Debuff proficiency as well as add to the description how they can break free from the web.

Just to clarify, when used on another person, all that Web String is really good for is as a distraction/annoyance?

It was really meant as a method of transportation to swing with, or at least a grapple gun kind of thing

I understand. I just wanted to clarify what would happen in case Venom used it offensively. For clarity's sake, please add the bit about it being used as a method of transportation to the move's description.
