Looking good so far. I see one issue:
Hardened Metal Frame is super not specific right now. As it stands, it could mean a punch or a kick or a headbutt and that's gonna make it incredibly variable and super expensive. If you want it to be 300, you need to make a move for each one of the individual attacks, like "Hardened Metal Punch" or "Hardened Metal Kick."
Other than that it looks cool on my first glance. Make those changes and post in here and I'll look at it.

Basically I just want it to allow for him to kick and punch with power equal to his strength and speed, as opposed to the obligatory "dont need a move for simple attacks but they're weak af".
Also, can you change the account name to Ultron?

A character with 5 ATK still punches harder than a character with 1 ATK, and a character with 5 SPD still kicks faster than a character with 1 SPD. You legitimately don't need a move for that.
And as of right now, the cost of that move, since it's variable, is at least 600. I'm just trying to save you OM.
Also, yeah, like Omni said, it still needs downsides.

Physical strength does all that stoof, so you don't need to buy extra moves unless you want charged strikes etc.
"A unique proficiency, this allows characters to become proficient hand-to-hand combatants without purchasing any additional moves. It also allows for picking up heavy objects with your bare hands, strength dependent (as with your hand-to-hand strength) on your ATK stat. Once purchased, you may also purchase melee weapons as moves, or other advanced melee moves such as charged strikes. "

Oh ok. I could have sworn that it was said that any attack that's not a move was significantly weaker than one listed as a move. Ill fix this then

You know what, sorry for the confusion all who have helped with my alt account so far, but let's just leave this here. I'm gonna take some more time to figure out what kid of character I really want to play or my secondary. Thanks though.
ie: I'm gonna work on fleshing Shade out more before I jump ship to Ultron. Along with that, I'm probably gonna rewrite her a bit and then submit for re approval, so essentially, this thread is no longer needed. Thanks for the consideration.
