Avengers Downtime: part 3 - Marcus Wright - 07-12-2017 After taking the like cage imposter to the medical wing, Blair’s doctor instincts kicked in as she made sure Marcus held down the dead alien. Nobody could be sure. That's when moon Knight entered the med-bay, clearing his throat. “Ms. Williams” Blair said while looking down at the skrull body “What's up? I'm a bit busy at the moment. Moon Knight said “ I would like to personally train you in fighting so next time a threat like this won't hurt you this much.” Blair smiled and looked up “this sounds Interesting, Marc. Give me a moment as she looked at Marcus. Watch him. “Blair, I got to debrief in a few.” Marcus sighed and summoned a piece of scrap metal, wrapping it around the skrulls body. RE: Avengers Downtime: part 3 - Moon Knight - 07-19-2017 Accompanying Blair to the tower's elevator lift, Moon Knight pressed the button that lead them to the sparring room. Turning to his new ally Moon Knight's ebony mask's glowing blue eyes sloped downwards. Marc still felt a bit of regret and anger from hurting her and Jarvis. He knew that making the decision he made wasn't his brightest idea, but he did have a valid reason. That Skrull had impersonated Luke Cage, twisting Moon Knight's thoughts to where Blair and Jarvis were the enemy. As some say old grudges don't die off easy. I thought I told you not to worry about that incident, I'm sure they know forgiveness. Marc tried to ignore Khonshu's advice, he didn't want to hear what the god had to say about the situation anymore. It wasn't about forgiveness of other, it's about forgiving ones self. That was something hard for Marc to do, it was no lie that he wasn't a good man to begin with, so trying to forgive ones sins was a work in progress. Your can't ignore me I'm inside your head remember. Shut up. Fine I will but don't bitch to me when need my wisdom in the next few seconds. Moon Knight pushed aside Khonshu focusing more on the current situation and Blair. It was time to be a true productive member of the team. It had been a good while since Moon Knight had been part of a team and even that team didn't last for a very long time, partly due to it being a secret Avengers team but all that is the past now. The first step to being a better team mate and help out around the tower, should be to assist in training. Help out the ones who are lacking in the fighting techniques and in field training. What better one to be given the assistance was Blair. the Protector of Night in all honesty did analyze her fighting style and even her marksmanship, it was sloppy worse then that it could get sone one killed. "Are you alright?" He said trying to find some relief in what he had done earlier. Blair gave a half-hearted smirk and rubbed the bruise that the Silver Avenger caused on top of her head. "Yeah I guess, it isn't nothing that I haven't dealt with before." Smirking underneath his ebony hooded mask Marc gave out a small laugh. "Good, it takes a bit of punishment to be a hero," he said cracking his knuckles then his neck, "I'm wanting to help train you so when something like that Skrull breaking into the tower happens again or maybe something worse then that happens, you'll be prepared." Blair gave a slight nob in a silent response. The elevator gave a low vibrating hum before opening its sliding steel door. A light feminine voice spoke out welcoming both Blair and Marc by name to the sparring room. "Ready yourself, I'm not going to be easy on you." Moon Knight said running out of the elevator, jumping onto the sparring ring. Blair quickly followed, the both of them starring intently into each other's eyes, preparing for the coming training and teaching that will soon followed. Taking a few short heavy breaths, Blair shouted at the top of her lungs charging for the Silver Avenger. With her fists raised she swong furiously at the Ex-Mercenary in a attempt to immobilized him in the first few seconds. Moon Knight with no effort or hesitation dodged her first two swings. He had to give to her, she was determined. Those first two swings were coming just a bit to close to his. Wanting to give her the feeling that she at least had a chance to beat him. Marc let her lay a hit, her fist landing into his abdomen. With the morale booster out of the way, Moon Knight grabbed her fist stopping it in mid swing, bringing his gloved left hand up he puched her into the gut. The force of the punch sending Blair back to otherside of the ring and onto her ass. "Get back up you're not done with training until I say you're done!" The Silver Avenger shouted trying show some aggressiveness and a bit of disappointment. "Again!" |
