These are the stat sheets I have made. I'm not going to finish completing them untilI am sure. Ganondorf says Omni said one thing, but from my understanding, I could do this from my secondaries. Can I get a yes or no from Omni, Guu, or Alex?
These arent finished. Well Kroost and Naturae are.... None of these are going to be used to help anyone in fights... they are mostly fodder and fun. And well Base Defence?

Well, secondary NPCs don't have to defined, but nothing in the books says you can't define them.
Just don't confuse them with Primes. They can't help you in a PvP battle unless you buy an assist or make a move for a short jump in, and Naturae can only heal secondaries as allowing a summon to do this would bypass any base and items you could get for quick healing. xD
(As I mention, healing is 2500 and doing come in a basic or advance form. Not that it matters, secondary NPCs don't need to be by the books anyways.)

What I told Retane, specifically, was that Secondaries are unable to spend OM in the ways that Primes do (ie: summoning or healing). As such, any Moves, Powers, or Proficiencies they have would be derived from the 'base' Prime. Anything else would be considered "incidental" weapons or abilities.
Of course, I may be wrong, but that was the assumption I was under.

To add to what Ganon said, think of these more like reference guides more than set in stone things. This is simply to help us understand the character and not to establish these as primes. If you do this, I won't stop you.
I'd say go ahead and send off your secondaries. If Omni disagrees with this later, then we'll just scrap the stats and play this by ear from there. Not going to change anything either way.

Alex even said he doesn't agree with a Prime spitting out a Secondary stronger then the prime... so mine are 4's and below. He did this when I was doing the random rolls and making them fit in chat. Hell I even notched and traded some down to make more sense.

NPC's are allowed to heal you, just not in any competitive situation or to give any kind of advantage. Same as general NPC rules really.

Oh and apparently you wanted to know if secondaries can have stats too. That's fine. Just obviously if you get into a fight they're all gonna have to watch, so the stats are basically just for fodder purposes and fun
