If I have Vita Compass, I can make it pretty much as Ki Sense right?
Secondly... If I have Vita Compass it can be an intrical(SP) part of my Base's system as well right?

Sure.
Your compass is something that you have on your person, not available to anybody at your base, so no.

Well the Sensory and Subterfuge powers... I havent made a move for it yet, but say using Vita COmpass with Enhanced Senses, you can pin point people?

No. The idea is that you can use a Vita Compass to get to someone's general vicinity, then you have to find them by other means. That could be enhanced senses. So in your case, you could simply role-play as not being able finely sense someone until you get a lot closer to them.

Someone had said you could use the Vita compass as anything you wanted or whatever... i think...
