Alt, Alt, Alt . . . - Deadpool - 06-15-2015
So, I'm still not sure who my alt should be. I've basically dwindled it down to these choices . . .
Thief (FF series) - I am thinking about creating my own FF world/backstory to fit how I want this character to be. Also, I'd like to experiment with 1st person writing if I choose Thief.
Wakka - (FF10) - Because Wakka is the fucking man. Nuff' said.
Aero (custom DBZ) - A guy I used to RP as back on Chubbs. I feel like there's still so much to him that I never got the chance to flesh out, but my main trouble with him is choosing what backstory I wanna give him (I have like 10 different ones I'm debating).
Orochimaru (Naruto) - Not old, weak Oro. I'm talking about maybe taking him from the time period where he was still a good guy. Or maybe even a cloned version of him.
I had a couple other characters I was juggling around in my brain, but I can't really think of them right now.

I've actually wanted to see someone take Orochimaru from his good period and see how they develop him, that being said, the line of where he is and isn't good can be hard to define, you might have to take him from when he was really young.

I was thinking about taking him either right before he became a Sennin, or right after. Either way, he was still more good than bad during those time periods. Also, I'd RP him as an intellectual type.
The clone is also still a choice worth thinking about, because then I could mold him however I wanted.

As I told you, if you take Thief you're only allowed to have Insight and Mimic to start and you have to "steal" all your Moves from the people you meet and fight.
That said, I think you should definitely be Thief.

And I'd use aeons and the like as well.
My idea for Thief is to be a character which covets EVERYTHING. But also has Dr. Octopus type tentacles that would come out from under Thief's cloak.

as in a genetic clone that grows up? Test Tube baby Orochimaru?

That would actually be awesome! although he'd never know about it, unless you have it in his history that he was told who he was by ORochimaru (of course not all of it though xD )

I vote either the Thief or Aero. I suppose Wakka is an interesting choice from the perspective that he's kind of....dense, but I think Thief or Aero would be more interesting.
As much as I love quoting 'Naruto The Abridged Comedy Fandub Spoof Series Show', I think we have plenty of Naruto characters right now.

And DL, we have as many Naruto characters as LoZ characters. =P

That's exactly the point. If one of the candidates was a LoZ character, I would have said the same thing. In fact, it applies to LoZ even more; not only do we have four PCs from that series, we also have Volvagia and the Gorons on top of that.
So yeah, I think we already have plenty of Naruto and LoZ characters.

Also DP, if you decide to go with a character based on other people's persuasion, I can nearly guarantee it won't last. I've seen it happen time after time. It has to be someone you personally have a strong drive to forge a story with.

Really, its down to 2 choices -- Thief and Wakka.
I just wanted some input to maybe cut the tie some.

Wakka sounds more like your style, to be honest. Thief just seems super generic to me.
