IC Goals:
Protections: While Ambrosia has a fairly decent standing army, and we have alliances with neutral orc tribes that keep some off our backs, orcs are still a menace to the peace of the city. We may have anyone that is willing, either protect the city from an on coming attack, or send you out to deal with repeated offenders.
Recruitment: More species the merrier! We have many kinds, but we are always happy to add more to the population! Especially fun or creative creatures that could inspire people who visit!
Establish Community: Businesses. I love seeing a new business go up in Ambrosia. In fact, I keep a list of them all that get established! Some are shops and resterants you can find in town, others are the arts, like the growing film and music scenes! This goal would call for a slice of life story of sort!
Train Line: This has been a long term plan of mine I hope to implement sometime this year. I hope to build a train line going from the nexus gate to Ambrosia, maybe even going to the Camelot gate as well! It would be huge. We may even considering having them go to the Ninja Village and the border of the elven lands, but that's way long term.
Trade routes: Ambrosia has a mass abundance of rare fruits and goods. Some call from far and wide for out wares. While many merchants come into town, there is always room to expand. Probably the biggest resource we need to get rid of is water. We have an over-abundance. Maybe we could send people on a diplomatic missions to far off verses to see who would be willing to take our water.
Influence: I may send Ambrosians to do mission for the Elves and the Ninja. While they are favorable towards us at the moment, a few favors could make us trusted allies!
Establishing New Leaf: Isabelle will be establishing a small town just outside Ambrosia. The purpose of the town is to give water workers a place to live as they pump the flooding that is going on over there, but Tom Nook hopes to turn it into a tourist attraction.
OOC Goals:
Few things I want us to work on as a group.
1. Writing Partners: While we will be working together to form each other’s stories and adventures, not everyone writes at the same pace. So early on, I want to work on figuring out who writes the best together. We will still interact IC of course, but we don’t have to do it all the time. I want to make an efficient environment where we communicate openly and can write at a pace we are comfortable with without being pressured.
So please, use this topic to discuss your posting rate and who you’d like to adventure with. Remember, we can alternate partners.
Or you can go solo every now and then! That’s the plus of a factions, options!
2. Player Satisfaction and Character Growth: I want all players to have stories to tell. I want all characters to have direction. As your leader, I will do my best to help you brainstorm, but I want all of us to work together to make this work. Anyone lost on where to go, please post in this topic with your ideas and we will help you get the best out of your role-playing.
