Staff Help: Deciding on SPD Stat - Guest - 06-07-2015
To whom it may concern, I have been deciding on the fact of the terms of a character I am applying for. I cannot decide if he should have a SPD stat of 1 or 2, namely to the fact that the Koopaling I am wanting to apply for is medium-class weight and well, he isn't exactly really hyper fast-moving like Iggy is, but somewhere in between 1 and 2 in general. (I'm sorry, the Mario games continuity sometimes confuse me on debating on this.)
Another thing, the Koopaling in question is Ludwig von Koopa if anyone is curious. :?

Well with a SPD of 1 you can run at average human pace, whereas with 2 you can run at well above average pace, capable of scaling along walls and such.
