Exiles 2 - Blink - 06-01-2015
So, since it's been established that I can't pull from unrelated media to form my Omniverse version of the Exiles, it looks like the next best thing is to make original characters and use them as secondaries. The rules seem to support that I can do this, but I want to make sure that's okay. Is it?
