'Sup In The Dunes - Thaal Sinestro - 08-24-2016
Hey folks, I'm coming back from a pretty big break.
I'm writing in the TWNN and the Dunes in general, and I'm just curious what's been popping there lately. Any big crazy things that've happened that I might know about?
I promise I'm not hunting anyone down or anything like that, I would just love to make my writing reflect the stuff that's happened in yours! Living world and all that.
Link me threads where cool stuff happened and I'll do my best to read them!

I'm not quite sure if Sinestro would know about it, but maybe you should read up on the Battle of Death Mountain. A group of Primes gathered together to banish Volvagia. I can't offer any links, but browse the Ashen Steppes.

I believe Carmelita is working on establishing a Super Interpol base in the Dunes. Seems like something Sinestro might take issue with.

There hasn't been anything particularly big since the LAW v. Nippur situation. Proto and mickey were doing some relief efforts, but people were not particularly happy with them.
Kali has been doing some clan warfare out in the dunes, and various others have been knocking about with various stuff, but aside from what Hiro mentioned the Dunes have been pretty quiet over the summer.

Proto Man actually helped the relief foundation working to make Nippur less of a scrap heap, so the majority of the sensible people are at least tolerant of him.
I'm not sure who 'Mickey Mouse' is... I think he's some sort of urban legend.
