When it says that "Items go under Consumed OM" does this apply to when you resell items such as a Vita Compass, or do you take that out of the spent OM, or how does such work?

If you sell back Items, Powers, Moves, Proficiencies, or anything else for half the OM value back, the "lost" half of the OM DOES go into Consumed OM. The remainder is just subtracted from your Spent OM.
