How does one create a hub account? Omni mentioned it, but it didn't seem to help me. I don't know if it's the device I'm using, or if I'm just being stupid. Probably the latter.

To make a hub account you will register a NEW account with the name you select.
Then you link the accounts together under the CP panel. You will find it at the bottom left hand corner.
