Unless Omni vetos me, I'll say you can. Just put a post in your log stating you gave it away (your Spent OM will not decrease, if that wasn't obvious) and have the other individual do the same thing that they received it. Their Spent OM will not increase, so just make sure that mark on their roster that the item was given to them.
