Omni never summons the same prime twice at once. So you can't have 2 Gildarts primes at the same time. You could have some "magical" clone (or however you fodder it) as an assist or with a super utility if it was for a limited duration. I guess you could maybe make a secondary of yourself without going through 1SS and spending points - but I'm not an NPC dude so I'm not 100% sure there.

Adding on to Dane/addressing NPC stuff: If you want to have a Gildarts secondary made by Gildarts the prime as a reoccurring character, that'd cost you points and require filling out the form for the secondary. Since, as far as I know, this has never been a 'thing', I'd also rule that you couldn't just go off and write a solo thread as 'Gildarts Secondary' because there's just too much opportunity in there for abuse.

Can you do ooc bets and give and or gain om that way? *I'd assume if this was allowed you'd need both parties to agree to a set amount and the stipulations in place on a thread or something of the like*

In events like DA you can, because it's strictly monitored by the Staff to prevent abuse. In other threads or fight, you'd need to gain Staff Approval for any betting you might want to allow. Again, to prevent abuse.

No. You can't bet on fights (or any other event) normally or anything like that. You can only give OM in exchange for something else - bets do not count under that.

One of the more stand put pieces of information about Coruscant is that the verse is always growing. The other verses (specifically the Tangled Green), has no information about this except for mentions of stuff lying outside "the current boundary of the verse".
Am I correct in assuming that all, most, or some verses (excluding the static Nexus) are continually expanding? The reason the Coruscant verse Info Thread makes specfic notice of it is because the Coruscant verse is all city and thus the people at the edges would notice the expansion/growth?

If I wanted to have my opponents deal with my transformation but not write it during my post can I use the transformation at the end of my post and pay the normal cost instead of double for the round?

So, like paying 2sp to use a T2 power-up at the end of your post? Sure. But it wouldn't last for the rest of the round - it would only last for the post directly after yours.

You can skip it as a Nexus post, just make sure in the first post you make at your destination you include mention that you traveled from the Nexus to be there.
