It can work the same as a normal move becoming a super move, two different version of the same move, just one is stronger. But paying the difference to simply upgrade, I would say no.

Okay, I searched and got nothing. The Area Shield Proficiency, if I wish to create a move that overlap the users skin to create an armor like effect, would I need to purchase this to create the move? Seeing how the human body is obviously greater than 3 feet in diameter? The move cannot cover the whole body at once, and must be summoned by the user at the moment they want to use it. That means it can cover anywhere on their body, but it cannot do that all at once.

No, if you just wanted to create a shield that covered small section of your body, then you wouldn't need Area Shield. If it was your whole body, then yes.

@Blackstar, Possibly, but it would need debuff proficiency and have some pretty severe limitations/drawbacks, and even then something that powerful might be a no go regardless of limitations.

Moves would be purchased before hand and can be used anytime in a fight for free, a super-move requires the use of SP.

At its most simple, something like Burst Movement and relatively decent SPD and TEC would be sufficient. To up the effectiveness, Suppression and/or Stealth to make it more believable and better counter sensory powers. Teleportation if you really want to go full ham with it.

Submitted an Alt switch, but had a question.
Is it possible to move Devon from my Alt, to a Prime NPC? I mean he is an OC so me having him as an NPC will in no way affect anyone else joining as any characters.
Just wondering if this is a thing that can be done? He is an accepted character after all so I don't see how making him an NPC would be much of a difference, though I am guessing I will have to go through the whole submit and NPC process?

You can have Devon as an NPC, but like you said, he'll have to be submitted for approval.

In your own personal roleplaying threads, for RP fodder, can basic regeneration restore damaged bones and muscular systems? I know advanced is the level that specifically mentions bone and severed limbs, but is that for PvP and Saga based scenarios? If I wanted basic regeneration to repair a fractured arm in a personal thread would I be able to do it?

Strictly speaking, out of battle in personal storylines or such, all Primes can naturally use OM to heal rapidly and recover from even grievous injuries. Of course that does take several hours or a day or two given the extent of the injuries. Regeneration, even at the Basic level, would naturally speed up that process by a far from insubstantial degree. The limits and examples for the powers given are what it could manage in the short term, over the course of a battle or during a constant, on-going scenario without time to rest and devote time and effort to heal.

Does Flight on its own cover jumping higher than Master Super Jumping allows? If not, could one use a combination of Flight and Burst Movement to jump higher than Master Super Jumping allows?
