You would remove the full cost from your Roster under 'Bases'. You'd then remove half of that amount from your Spent OM and add the other half to your Consumed OM.

I know pills and healing items and such used while fused are applied to an individual character - rather than the fusion as a whole. Does the same go for Starmans?
I.e. If this:
Quote:Starman – 500 OM
Makes the user impervious to all damage for thirty seconds. May be used to block Super Moves.
Is used in a fusion. Does it make the whole fusion impervious, or just one of the characters?
So, if someone shot a T3SA at Stormy Night (Eb and Summer fusion), would we need one or two of them to protect us both?

It'd apply to the whole fusion. The same way that using a Super Defense will protect the whole fusion.

I'm fairly sure any artifacts that you have on you are lost if you're banished. don't fully take my word on it but i'm like 70% sure that's the case.

As far as I can see, the rules only specify that you lose your artefacts after being defeated. And I can't see anything about banishment or banishment circles forcing you to drop what you have (although they will if someone else uses on on you - since they defeated you).
A higherup might overrule this, but if you banish yourself, you can bring your artefacts with you.

As someone who held artefacts and asked lots of questions about them, I have to over rule you Dane. Unfortunately, if you die or banish yourself, you drop your goodies. Dem's the breaks.

I just remembered there is a separate place you can join a faction that talks about the Empire. Is that possible to join since I'm technically doing a quest for the Empire?

What are you talking about? To join the Empire you have to complete the quest I gave you, because you're black listed. You've hurt your reputation enough where the built in join quest won't cut it anymore.

This. Because the Underverse is cut off from the rest of the Omniverse, if we allowed someone to take their Artifact down there it would create an unfair advantage against those who would hunt them down to take it.

What about the Astral Verse?
Even though it would mean everyone coming after it would have to spend 2k OM, are we still able to take Artefacts there?
