Can the targets break the ice they're frozen in on their own power, if they're sufficiently strong? Yeah, that sounds reasonable. I'll add that into the description. EDIT: Let's say if their ATK is higher than my TEC? Quote:Three Wishes — This one....seems about right. Something about it doesn't seem quite right to me, but I can't place my finger quite on what, exactly... :psy: Ah well. Unless someone else can spot what it is that's bugging me, it's approved for now. I can wait to purchase until admin approval if you'd like - I figured making it a Tier 2 Super would work since it is a little strong, but if there's something actually wrong with it I'm totally willing to change it. Re: Official Move Approval III - Proto Man - 03-01-2016 Champion of Heroes - Alternate Form (2000 OM) ATK: 3 DEF: 5 SPD: 2 TEC: 2 Shield of the Hero - Tier 3 Super Defense This mighty bulwark (a large steel kite shield) is strong enough to overcome even the mightiest of onslaughts. Sword of the Hero - 300 OM A double-edged, one-handed Iron Age straight shortsword used by the ancient Greeks. The blade is a little under two feet long, making it seem like a larger weapon than it is in the hands of a preteen. Re: Official Move Approval III - Orihime Inoue - 03-01-2016 I would like to purchase this as a Teri 1 Super Defense Santen Kesshun (三天結盾, Three Sacred Links Shield)- :+1200 OM is Orihime's defensive technique. It repels attacks by placing a shield between the enemy and Orihime. The incantation arranges three spirits Hinagiku, Lily, and Baigon into a triangle which has the ability to repel the "outer shield." Because the barrier rejects negative events, it can also function as an airbag of sorts, allowing Orihime and anyone else nearby to survive a potentially lethal fall unharmed. Orihime is also able to shape Santen Kesshun into a dome-shaped barrier large enough to easily hold herself and other individuals. It takes roughly half a second to activate and when Orihime chooses, the shield will either simply dissipate, or explode outwards, damaging anyone nearby at the cost of more energy. Orihime can maintain the shield indefinitely and with relative ease, until met with opposition. The more force her defenses are met with, blocks a t1 or lower It's roughly 4 feet wide and 6 feet in length when in triangle form, and can hold no more than 2 people when in dome form. Halo Energy Sword: 300 (???)OM This was my weapon in the Graveyardverse ![]() The Type-1 Energy Weapon/Sword consists of a curved hilt, housing an energy storage module and a device for projecting the plasma which forms the blade. The actual blade is composed of two partially ionized 'blades' of free moving electron based gas held in a blade-like form by two small magnetic-field generators built into the handle of the weapon. This forms and contains the oval shaped, ionized blades for which the weapon is recognized. The battery's energy is reduced for each successful strike. Each strike from the sword will drain the battery by 10% of its energy. Once the battery power is fully depleted, the sword will deactivate unless recharged. It takes 40 Seconds of charging for every 10% of battery replenished. [/quote] EDIT (thanks) Re: Official Move Approval III - Gilgamesh - 03-01-2016 Dáinsleif II- 300 OM(Requires physical and debuff) Gilgamesh takes out the sword that he had primarily used in the Underverse. The blade is black, stained by the blood of the demons that he had slain in the Underverse and measures about 4 feet in length. Contact with the blade itself will result in nausea and cuts with the blade will cause a severe burning sensation in the wound almost as if a plague was pestering inside of it. The weapon is extremely sharp, however it calls for blood and urges Gilgamesh to be more aggressive. After about a minute of use Gilgamesh is forced to his knees and vomits blood onto the floor for about 5 seconds. Any more use after will result in increasingly large amounts of blood being vomited. Tier 2 Super Move : Ea Exterminate(800 OM) Gilgamesh uses his most sacred weapon Ea and he brings his weapon back to channel his most powerful attack. The sections of the sword begin to rotate rapidly and the runes begin to emanate a bright red light that spirals around the weapon. Gilgamesh no longer holds back Ea, allowing its full power to take place. The ground begins to crack underneath his feet during this charge time. After a few seconds he cries "Enuma Elish" and a bright red beam of pure energy flies out in a path before him. The beam itself is about 3 feet wide. T2 Power Up- Gilgamesh Alter(1500 OM) Gilgamesh's body begins to turn black and his body becomes wispy. Gilgamesh is no longer the egotistical maniac we all love but instead a raging psychopath that loves violence. Gilgamesh no longer can use words effectively and just roars and grunts. ATK:+5 DEF: +3 SPD:+2 TEC: +0 Re: Official Move Approval III - Sasuke Uchiha - 03-01-2016 Quote:Chidori Current: Let's try this: Chidori Current: This is a ninjutsu developed by Sasuke Uchiha through the manipulation of his Chidori. By releasing the Chidori in every direction, an electrical discharge flows from the user's entire body allowing him to affect multiple enemies. When using this move on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively work as an instant defence, expelling electrical chakra from his body and deflecting all incoming attacks. The body of any person not aligned with Sasuke that is touched by the Chidori Current will misinterpret the lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves", making its muscles contract and involuntarily go stiff. This move can also be channelled through the ground to increase the range of the attack, but generally produces a radius of 15 feet. Re: Official Move Approval III - Link - 03-01-2016 Dual Clawshots - 300 OM (Requires Ranged Proficiency) This tool consists of a long chain connected to a discharging claw that Link can fire to either pull items or people towards himself, or pull himself towards certain surfaces. In combat, the Clawshot is generally useful as a makeshift ranged weapon, with the advantage of not requiring any ammunition. RE: Official Move Approval III - Okor - 03-02-2016 Phosphex Bomb (Tier Two Super Move 800 OM, requires Ranged, Area attack, debuff proficiency) The rusted orbs hanging by corroded chains from Okor's waist could easily be mistaken for censers. The infernal flames within release a pungent odour at all times, rank fumes seeping from the perforations dotting its exterior. Unfortunately for his foes, these are no mere devotional accessories. The ever-burning alchemical fire within these spheres simply awaits an opportunity to sate its mindless hunger upon anything that has the unfortunate qualities of flammability. When the time has come to make use of the destructive properties of these devices, Okor detaches a chain and swings the bomb, building momentum as he chooses his target. When he lets it fly, the projectile can travel up to 50 meters, detonating upon impact with the ground or anyone unfortunate enough to be in its trajectory. Upon detonation, the Phosphex Bomb erupts into a fiery conflagration, coating anyone and everything within 10 meters of the impact point in napalm. These flames are nigh-unquenchable, and will burn for 10 seconds before dissipating. Dreadnought (Tier Two Transformation, 1500 OM) ![]() ATK +5 DEF +5 SPD +0 TEC +0 A bio-mechanical roar, distorted and amplified by his unholy biology and ancient armour pierces the air as pestilent tumours consume Okor. These cancerous growths expand and conceal Okor within an amorphous blob of inky blackness, and not long after, erupt into Okor's new form: A Dreadnought. Okor's true form is concealed within the massive chassis, integrated with the machinery to the extent that he is near-comatose and blind without its sensors and systems. However, this is compensated for by absurd strength and resilience. While he is unable to use many of his weapons in this new form, his bolter is mounted to his chassis, allowing for some degree of ranged combat. This is largely irrelevant, as a pair of massive metallic fists replace his hands, capable of crushing stone and turning bones to dust. He is somewhat clumsy within his new form, but given his newfound structural integrity and strength, there is only so much capacity for exploitation. RE: Official Move Approval III - Magus - 03-02-2016 Not sure on the name - Working title: Void(?) / Wrath(?) - whatever; it's a T2 Offensive Super: Requirements: Debuff Proficiency, Ranged Materialize Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency, Time Manipulation For this technique, Magus must remain still and focus his energies with a series of arcane gestures and the vocalizations of a dead, infernal language as he channels forth an absolutely colossal amount of energy. As long as he retains focus, Magus soon summons a tear in the fabric of reality, which grows into a swirling singularity, a hungry black hole which consumes anything near it, obliterating it in flashes of light and heat, that can materialize anywhere within fifty meters of Magus. If someone is pulled into it and can survive the ordeal, they suffer a wide range of effects as they cross the event horizon: they are badly burned by radiation and their bodies are horribly stretched and contorted. RE: Official Move Approval III - Jacob - 03-03-2016 (03-01-2016, 05:13 PM)Gilgamesh Wrote: @Colonel it could act as a Super Defense effectively even though it's a utility Ah, yes! @Colonel, I'll add a clause to Three Wishes saying that it can't stop an attack already in motion and will only take effect once an action has already been taken. That way it can't be a "Defense" move in addition to a "Utility" move. That make it feel better to y'all? It makes it feel better to me. RE: Official Move Approval III - Tom Marvolo Riddle - 03-03-2016 Stunning Charm [Stupify] Cost: 300 Om Requires: Ranged Proficiency, Debuff [Rennervate] The counter-spell Stupify is a spell that is the means of taking someone or something alive in a flurry of scarlet sparks. To that end, this spell seals stamina away as each successful hit will deplete a target’s energy until they drop down into unconsciousness. The longer its charged (to the minimum of one and a half seconds) the more power it takes from those hit with it. If incanted non-verbally the spell requires a full three seconds instead to charge or it will fizzle out. The spells effects’ are greatly exaggerated when the caster’s ATK is quantitatively larger than the target’s DEF. The counter-spell, Rennervate, undoes the Stunning Charm’s sealing equal to the caster’s desire to revive the target. Otherwise the victim must recover their stamina normally. Can you use it again right after casting one and just bombard a target with stamina-draining blasts as long as your own stamina holds out? RE: Official Move Approval III - Dean Winchester - 03-03-2016 The Rage of Cain (300 OM, Requires First Blade.) Dean focuses all the anger and murderous intent from the mark of Cain into a black and red demonic flame that surrounds the first blade. Nothing could be worse then a blade that burns as it cuts. The flames only last for about a minute and take a few seconds to summon, though it can be summoned repeatedly. The major draw back is that the more he uses this power the more his inner age takes over and it is possible for him to go berserk and can attack anyone within arms reach whether they be friend, foe, or random passerby. Not sure if this was to be a new move or just an addition to add to the first blade, either way it would cost the same. Shrugs. I will do whatever the Mods deem best. RE: Official Move Approval III - Summer - 03-03-2016 Tengu Psychography (Ranged, Area) (300 OM): Using the thoughtography setting on her camera, Hatate aims at the subject, ignoring all obstacles and distance between them, and takes a picture. The range is much greater than her camera alone can normally do, maxing out at 50 meters. This function is much more draining on the camera, taking 5 seconds to zoom in and focus on the subject, and a clear shot is dependent on Hatate having a decent aim at those distances. Because of the incredible zoom, even the slightest twitch causes a massive jump in the area being aimed at, so she must be standing still to actually aim. The AOE is the same as any of the other settings on her camera, 2/4 meters Since it is thoughtography rather than normal photography, it is dependent upon the target having had a picture of them taken at some point in the past. It doesn’t matter whether the picture was taken by Hatate just recently in that battle or someone a long time ago at a family reunion. The photo of the target can also be taken from any angle she chooses, which can make it seem like the photo was taken from the complete opposite direction at time, though the mirroring makes it even harder to aim. This setting has the same cycle time as normal shot mode. It also uses Hatate's own power, so it's physically draining to use it. Fodder: Hatate can find images that have already been taken using her latent thoughtography by thinking of certain keywords, sort of like a mental google image search. She can then put these pictures on her camera, or transfer them to paper, provided she has the time and energy to. It takes at least ten minutes to put it on paper, but no more than a minute to bring it up on her camera. It's an extension to the settings already available on her camera. I'd be adding it to her Thoughtography Camera.
