The Frozen Fields! Like it says in the post you quoted? It's still going to be a while yet until the adventure will begin, and I'm hoping it'll be very easy-going with zero deadlines or anything like that. Whatever ideas you have, I'd love to hear them!

Oh, dur. Call me an internet clutz xD
While traversing the zone, your character comes across scene of distraught dwarves who appear to have just survived battle. After conversing with these dwarves you find that they are on an expedition to excavate mysterious ruins to the north, but that their party (And leader) got separated when they touched an artefact and an Ice banshee/spirit sprang out to attack them.
Even worse, they go on to explain that it wasn’t even the artifact they were looking for! A high born dwarven princess (not THE princess, but another one xD) has been cursed (Any curse will work. Deaf, blind, sleeping beauty, you name it.) by a local witch doctor (Could be Troll) and no prime as of yet, have been able to break the curse. Their employer believes the ruins to contain an artifact that would work as a cure all for the princess, as there are many rumors about a mysterious ice ruins that appear every couple of years in the frozen fields, filled with powerful artifacts, and they believe this to be that very one.
Once your character decides to help them, they could come into such conflict as a rival expedition group in the form of trolls who cause problems for your group. Obvious traps like snake pits, and surprise arrow volleys. Also, got to kill that ice banshee who caused all the problems.
Perhaps the original dwarf leader has become an undead and your group must slay him, only their leader was a badass in life as he is now in death.
Fill free to take from/mold this into anything you like, but some suggestions to get you thinking. Hope you like! ^_^

I think I could use some story ideas to help start JoJo out here. Something to kick off his bizarre adventures here and put him on the path to reclaiming his Hamon and Stand powers. Maybe something with a minor faction, but preferably nothing that would end up giving Joseph a bounty on his head.

So I just had Paul head to Camelot rather than the Dunes. He was pulled to the Dunes (obviously) but sought the establish himself politically first.
I think it could be a really fun plot to have Paul get involved in some political intrigue in Camelot and somehow (eventually) interact with King Aragorn.
