Just to reiterate, if you've ever donated, both of your characters get the gold name! (Except if you chose a color already, that overwrites the gold for that character). Which also comes with an inbox increase. If you've been forgotten, or made an alt character since donating and the new character didn't get updated yet, poke me and I'll make you Golden <Name>.
